ALAN C. STEIN, ESQ.

ALAN C. STEIN has been an attorney with over fourteen years of experience practicing in the areas of Litigation, Matrimonial & Bankruptcy with a focus on their applications to Family held Businesses. Mr. Stein has maintains offices in Plainview and Southampton, New York.

Mr. Stein graduated from the State University of New York at Binghamton with a B.A of History in 1990. Mr. Stein graduated from Touro College, Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center with a Juris Doctor in 1994 and was admitted to the Bar of the State of New York in 1995. He was admitted to practice before the United States District Court, Eastern District of New York and Southern District of New York in 1995. Mr. Stein was admitted to practice before the courts of the State of Connecticut in 1996 and the United States Court of Appeals, Second Circuit in 1998.

Several of his high profile cases have been published in Law Journals and have been covered by press releases.

Mr. Stein is currently a member of the Nassau County Bar Association, Southampton Chamber of Commerce, Melville Rotary, & Long Island Association.

ALAN C. STEIN has been a Rabbi since graduating and obtaining S�micha (Rabbinical Ordination) in 1995 from the Tifereth Yisrael Rabbinical Yeshiva. Since this time Rabbi Stein has dedicated his rabbinical practice to the performance of life cycle events including: Weddings, B�nai Mitzvah, Baby Namings, Funerals, & Unveilings.  He has led High Holiday & Sabbath Services in the capacity of Rabbi and/or Cantor at many synagogues since 1987 and for the last three years has been hired to lead the family service for the High Holidays at Temple Beth Torah in Melville, where he is both a member and Treasurer of the Temple Beth Torah Brotherhood.

Mr. Stein has been a Plainview resident since 1996 and is married to Dr. Julie Izen. Together they have three beautiful children.,
